Frontline is Norwegian singer-songwriter Robert Post’s newest single. It is simple yet effective in its structure leaving plenty of room for the words to flow through the song and get the message across to the listener. The melody has a great hook-laden chorus accompanied by verses varying in their form. It is produced by Robert himself and mixed by Lars Voldsdal (Madrugada, Turbonegro, Hellbillies) and is built around a live-in-the-studio performance of Robert singing and playing guitar, adding only a mandolin and a Leslie organ to finish the track.

Robert says: “It’s an anti-war song” and leaves it hanging with that notion…
